Handpick in boxes of 15 kilograms. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 150 hectolitres. 4 months in stainless steel tanks breeding on fine dregs by bâttonage.

13,5% vol.

45.000 bottles

75 cl.
Tasting notes:
Yellow-green colour and brilliant. Complex nose where stand out the aromas to fruits and white flowers on a mineral hint with light nuances of fennel and citrus.
Comments:
Assembling of native grapes of the Bierzo with a lot of personality and expression.
