Slopes located between 500-700 metres. Soil is a mix of fine elements, quartzites and slate.
Elaboration:
Handpick in boxes of 15 kilograms. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks of 150 hectolitres for 18-22 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels of 300-400 litres.

Ripe black cherry in colour. Elegantly scented with red and black berries, alongside a balsamic and mineral background, with a lively and fresh mouth feel.
